Who we are
Lubbock Lawn Care Pros (https://lubbocklawncarepros.com/) is a free quote service. We connect Lubbock-area homeowners with independent local lawn care, landscaping, sprinkler and tree companies for free, no-obligation quotes. We do not perform lawn or yard work ourselves.
Information you give us
When you use the quote form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, the service you are interested in and any details you type in. Name and phone are required; everything else is optional. If you call us, we may note your number and what you asked about.
How we use it
- To understand your request and reply to you.
- To share your request with one or more independent local companies that may be able to quote the job, so they can contact you. Those companies have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
- To keep basic records of requests and to improve the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Form handling (FormSubmit)
Quote form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service that receives the form data and forwards it to us by email. FormSubmit handles that data under its own privacy policy. After you submit, you are sent to our thank-you page.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from, the device and browser used, and whether a quote form was submitted or a phone link was tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this data under its own policies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic and page performance. Cloudflare describes this tool as privacy-first: it does not use cookies to track individual visitors. Cloudflare may also process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies
Apart from those set by Google Analytics, the site does not set its own advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to handle them and keep reasonable business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop sharing your request. Contact us as described below.
Children
This site is meant for adult homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
